AirStrip is pleased to announce today progress toward expanding its patient monitoring solution through a partnership with Philips. The fruits of this collaboration will further the delivery of AirStrip’s vision for AirStrip ONE™ - the first enterprise-wide, data- and vendor-agnostic mobility solution to securely deliver patient data from medical devices, electronic medical records systems (EMRs) and other clinical data sources to clinicians anywhere, anytime across the care continuum.
AirStrip and Philips have engaged in a partnership agreement to utilize AirStrip’s industry-leading clinical mobility solutions to connect to Philips IntelliVue Information Center (PIIC), a powerful, real-time central monitoring system that offers clinicians easy access to information.
This partnership is particularly noteworthy in light of AirStrip’s unveiling last month of AirStrip ONE - which can enable more timely and collaborative clinical decision-making, and allow health systems to better track critical quality metrics, empower a mobile workforce, expand their networks, and ultimately achieve true clinical transformation.
Customer implementations will begin in Q2/2013.
Anyone attending HIMSS March 3-7 is encouraged to stop by AirStrip booth #1721 to discuss how AirStrip ONE - and the AirStrip/Philips partnership - can help your healthcare system:
